I cannot believe that Murphy is dropped from the squad completely; he has been nowhere near the worst player in recent games.

How I see it, albeit probably wrong. Skalak is a tougher more battling player to play in front of a not quite match fit Rosey. March on the bench ahead of Murphy as Hughton maybe didn't want both there. In my opinion Murphy isn't fit to lick dog shit off March's boots. Pleased to see Towell there too. Come on Albion.

Like the look of that - Stephens and Kayal back together. Almost exactly the team I wanted, except I'd have had Murphy fpr Knocky (who, IMHO, needs a rest and isn't as good away from home either). Where is Murphy tonight I wonder?

Hopefully not an injury. He was immense v Reading. Certainly put a lot of shifts in recently in a short space of time so maybe he's been rested?

Derby have been a team of ball players. I would have thought that would be Murphy's style of game so give him a complete rest. I am sure he does a lot of running in games and can be very dangerous. This gives Skalak a chance, maybe a final chance to contribute significantly.
