Isn't that merely stating the 'bleeding' obvious? Doesn't change the fact they played a match with a player that shouldn't have been on the pitch. Their comment about it only being an administrative error is laughable as you could equally argue that is the reason in every case!

At the end of the day, if Millwall stayed up above Rotherham because they did the same, maybe a striker who scored the winning goal in a game he shouldn't have been in then they would want the same penalty.
