He has got to go to Germany. A half fit Wayne Rooney is better than no Wayne rooney at all.
It's a funny old game isn't it? I think exactly the opposite! A half-fit Wayne Rooney will be worse than useless (think Beckham 2002). A half-fit Rooney is obviously a better player than say a fully fit McGammon (for argument's sake), but better than a fully fit Defoe, Vassell or (no, I won't say it, ..... oh go on then....) Heskey? Leave him at home unless he is 100%. Same applies to Owen, Campbell, Ashley Cole and anyone else.

Part of me (a very very small part of me) is actually quite glad he's not going. At least that means the usual WE ARE ENGLAND WE HAVE THE BEST PLAYERS WE SHOULD WIN THE WORLD CUP AND BESIDES WE INVENTED THE GAME AND WON THE WAR hype should be turned down a tad.

Taking him is pure fantasy and would be a complete JOKE!

He is not allowed to exercise AT ALL until the first game. Even then it may not of even healed.

He's not going to make it. Get over it and let's start looking for his replacement.
