According to the BBC report when she first reported the incident in 2009 she did not provide police with the location or a suspect description. Does that mean she did not know who it was or where the incident took place ?

Der Spiegel broke this story last year when they received the leaked documents from Ronaldo’s lawyers and the LVPD. She refused to speak out when that came out last year and has only done so now because of the MeToo movement and probably quite a lot persistence from Der Spiegel (which I really don’t agree with).

This isn’t some made up tabloid thing, it has a lot behind it.

Exactly. And if the documents are produced then he really doesn't have a leg to stand on. It'll take years obviously as he's ridiculously rich.
