I’m a ma+ member with 360 points and I am going to Rome, now looks like without a ticket unless some do become available in the morning but very much doubt it but still attending
I don't really understand the reasoning for having different windows for STH and non STH. If anyone has garnered enough POINTS through their supporting of the club, to hit the T1 / T2 threshold, whether they have earned those points through purchase of a STH or through loads and loads of individual ticket purchases, should not matter.

(and I say that as a long-standing STH).

My understanding is that when you stop being a season ticket holder, all of your season ticket holder points, including the points you have accrued for holding a season ticket for consecutive seasons become member points. So presumably many of these people with a lot of member points are people who have given up their ST in recent years? That's always been my assumption at least.

Yes I think that is the case... basically the club are treating giving up a season ticket as the ultimate act of betrayal (rather than loyalty).

Points will dwindle quick enough as consecutive years STH points drop off, and other points are halved each season. It seems unnecessarily harsh to me.

MA+ with 112. Went to Wolves yesterday but the 15 from that game not counted. So just missed out on the 123 boundary. My son just made it but no point him trying at 9am as I cannot get in until 12 and we will only go if both can get a ticket. Hope I can at least try on exchange later but fear may be blocked as not enough MA+ points!
Phone the ticket office - always very helpful . Explain your situation they might be able to help

What’s the point in going without a ticket?Wouldn’t you find it depressing when the rest leave the bars for the game?
I genuinely couldn’t think of anything worse than going all that way to football for eh no football.

32 left, I swear it goes up every time I look

Well, I've abstained from rescheduling my March 7 Air Canada flight, booking a London-Rome round-trip flight or accommodation until I *DO* get a ticket, lol.

I’m with you on that. I adore Rome though.

Not in my case. Have never had a season ticket with Albion.

Well, f*ck me, my window is tomorrow at noon, and I'm currently in a queue on the AS Roma site with 12 366 people ahead of me.

.

2 hours later, I'm at 5 601. Look, I don't want a nosebleed at the opposite end of the away section... Since I already have a ticket to the home leg, I'll probably sit this one out (during my flight to Heathrow).

One small reason is ME....I stupidly tripped on a kerb just outside Molyneux last night and have broken my wrist, so can"t go. The club have refunded me and put the ticket back on sale. Someone will need to thank me!
That is really shit. Hope you're not down on a load of travel costs.

refreshed about 20 seconds after 4 ... apparently there are some people who also what to go (they could also be the ticket scouting bots)

[Edit: deleted picture in case it can identify me, paranoia, but I dont want to be blocked from going in ... long story short, there are 5669 people ahead of me in the queue and they expect it to take more than an hour to even get to the site]
Ended up spending nearly 2 hours in the queue and more money than I hoped to in TRIBUNA MONTE MARIO - CENTRALE NORD, which I thought was the middle part of the north part of the stand (thus next to any of you lot who got your away tickets), but turns out its the north part of the middle part of the stand. There were still a few sections left when I was buying on either of the sides, but nothing less than 70 when I was checking.
They do ask where you are born, (I may or may not have been honest), but the ticket is a PDF, so no need to scan Passports/IDs into an app like we did for Ajax.

Get well soon JITW!!
You've made someone (hopefully me tomorrow) very happy by getting in contact with the club to put the ticket back on sale. All the best with your recovery

Not sure I agree with your comment, it’s the first time the club has been in Europe and as I have attended Marseille away with a ticket and Amsterdam without a ticket it’s about the atmosphere of European football. If you want to sit at home and watch the game then so be it?
