Same here but I was convinced that I did the pre registration but evidently didn't. The guy then said he could pre register me there and then but I wouldn't be able to buy a ticket until the next bracket.
Didn't even get the next bracket offer, very poor imho, hope you had more success mate?

It guess it must depend on demand. They've presumably decided that it caused problems last time so for this match it's either registration or no ticket.
Which is fine and I agree I should've seen the email whilst away, but to then allow some to get tickets that haven't registered and some are told it's a no seems very inconsistent.

I still think it is worth logging in again, and using the live chat to ask to be added - while there is seemingly still a handful left. You've nothing to lose.

As a My Albion + member travelling regardless, main thing right now is that it just reaches that 9am window tomorrow. Would mean even if I'm not lucky in the morning, I'd be eligible to dive back in for any returned tickets between it selling out and the match 🤞

My feeling is that whoever allowed that person to just jump in without registering should be hauled over the coals. It's makes a mockery of the process. And I agree with you that if people should be allowed to jump in having forgotten to register, there needs to be consistency over how it's done.

I think it was more I was convinced that I had done the pre registration, internet history shows I clicked on the link and everything but it wasn't confirmed so whether I got caught up in looking at flights that I didn't click confirm on it.

I didn't pre register and was told by the club I couldn't buy a ticket, I probably wouldn't get one anyway tomorrow, but there needs to be some consistency.

I'm not blaming you. But consistency in how things are handle is so important for these occasions.
