Gutted about this. Knew someone in the 1901 but they didn't pre register.

Anyone seen from other clubs how easy it is to get in the home end?

If they contacted the club then they could get added to the next bracket. I was in top bracket but for some reason, never confirmed the pre registration when I thought I had completed it. Contacted the club yesterday and they processed the registration and I was able to purchase a ticket this morning.

Yeah he did and unfortunately they told him nothing could be done. Was all a bit last minute and in hindsight should've asked him last week!

That is a bit strange then. I went on the live web chat and they just added me in to the next bracket.

My daughter's partner forgot to register but rang up this morning and got a ticket. Apparently lots in the same boat 🚢. Give it a try?
Thanks for the idea, did that and was told no.

This is a very inconsistent approach by the club, sent my fan number, DoB etc only to be told I hadn't pre-registered, just checked e-mails having been away on holiday.

It guess it must depend on demand. They've presumably decided that it caused problems last time so for this match it's either registration or no ticket.

Whilst I am not going to Rome I noticed points allocated to this game is 5. How is this arrived at ? Surely for those spending 1000s to go should be rewarded with a lot more than this.

Same here but I was convinced that I did the pre registration but evidently didn't. The guy then said he could pre register me there and then but I wouldn't be able to buy a ticket until the next bracket.

Probably not to further penalise those who can't afford the time / money or maybe physically unable to travel to go to such prestigious matches. Seems fair enough to me. It's not really about points, is it?

I think it's fair, lots of reasons why people can't go to this game, who would, and have been, to Stoke on a cold wet Tuesday evening.

They have all been 5 points.
But who gives a f*** about the points , it's The Albion in Europe for the first time , that's the most important thing.

Presumably because demand is so high, and there is always the potential that tickets will sell out to those with high points, thus not enabling others to get any closer. In any case I’m far happier with the 15 points from the group away games than the 15 I got from Villa and Spurs this season.
