Saw them last night at Twickenham, and WOW what a fantastic show, they were really tight, as they should be after 40 years. Had the crowd eating out of their hands and what an atmosphere, the crowd were really up for it and sounded amazing in some of the participation bits. Had never been to Twickers before but was very well organised beer queue was always quick, and the accoustics round the ground were the best I can remember and thats only three quarters built. Thats another off my list of bands that I want to see before I die.:clap2:

I hear the VIP guests were served canapes on vinyl records at that gig. £30 for, err, six tiny morsels. At least some of the old discs are being put to good use...

I wouldn't know about that was just your average Joe. I did however get the tickets free, from our very own Jam The Man who couldn't make it as he was off on holiday during the concert. He won them then realised he couldn't go

Sounds great Kaz

Wish I'd been there, nearly saw them at wembley in 82, but the tickets were a whopping tenner, and my student grant didnt stretch that far. A big regret though

My brother-in-law worked security there last night and refused entry to a "certain area" to Jude Law and Sienna Miller - to their credit they did not play the "do you know who I am" card.

Does Jam the Man happen to have any ideas regarding lottery numbers this weekend? He wins EVERYTHING!

The stage has to be the tallest set up I've seen. First time Ive seen them and apart from one song they played all the ones I wanted to hear so was well chuffed. Think you may have a surprise in store as well ;)

Seen the Stones twice now and they are very good live.

Saw The Eagles at Twickers earlier this year as well - how is the buiding work going there that was behind the stage ?

Saw them on Sunday at Twickers. Not a huge Stones fan myself but bought the tickets as an anniversary present for Mrs 110% who is a fan.

Gotta say that everything about it was excellent - the sound, the stage set, the performance. All in all, one of the best concerts I've been to.

I went on Sunday and was astounded by how great they were. Sympathy from the Devil onwards was about as good as live music and showman ship can ever get in my opinion. I think my girlfriend was a little sceptical of seeing a load of 60 somethings playing rock n roll but even she was bowled over and amazed how well they performed and looked.

I had great seat, about 20 rows from the front. My dad is wheelchair bound and had an even better seat and view, and was looked after very well by Twickenham and its facilities who deserve a lot of credit for their help in this area.

Sorry would love to but wont as will ruin it, not that bigger a deal really, just something that shocked me. You're going to have one hell of a night, I had a list of songs that I wanted them to play including Sympathy For The Devil and Paint It Black, was well chuffed they did them. Only missed a couple off my list, and the list was fairly long am quite jealous that you're going next week, would love to see it again. Certainly smashed it's way well up the chart in my top concerts, and I've been to a few. Best one this year, and seeing as The Who are included in that, thats no mean feat

Did they do 2000 Light Years From Home?

Saw them at Wembley on the Voodoo Lounge tour, couldn't believe what a brilliant gig it was.

Me and Gullsworth were there.

Was it on the day The Black crows hardly played because it chucked it down?

Great Day though.
