Am I right in thinking he hasn't been involved for the development squad so far this season? From the reports, he did ok in pre-season.

If Gus was as disinterested (he's not my signing) as some of the reasonable speculation then surely he'd send out on loan? The fact that he hasn't either suggests he has some plans or nobody wants him - not easy to see what's going on here probably the biggest "mystery" of all the players

Seems to me that people who have seen him play suggest he's done ok, has some promise etc, whereas the "he's shite" stuff is just from the idle gossip / imagination of these pages.

From the games that I have seen him play in, not many granted, I think that he looks to be able to hold the ball up and is a different option to Toby but not sure about his goalscoring as I havent seen much evidence. I am sure that we will perservere with him or he would have been sent out on loan to Lewes or a team of similar status.

He looked decent against Burgess Hill and scored an absolute cracker from what I can remeber. But that was against Burgess Hill!!. A strange one. I hope Gus isn't benig unfair to him, because he wasn't 'his' signing.
