We will not be in Europe next year and
RDZ won’t be at the club next year.

I hope the club don’t draw out the process and get his replacement in place in good time so we can plan for what ever target we have next season.
Just 271 posts in 16 years and you've suddenly risen up to become a thread bore, no sorry a duplicate thread bore.

Just hope if he stays he finds another way of goalkicks being taken. Currently far far too predictable

I wouldn't want Roberto to leave as he's done a great job with what we have. European football with the quality last season and still (just)top ten with depleted squad for most of season with injuries, injuries which we have struggled to put any form together since 1st few weeks of season when everyone was available. Apart from top 3 who can cope with injuries to top players as they have the quality to cope in reserve. Roberto says what he thinks sometimes, a bit too much for our liking which the press jump on. If he goes we'll move on as Tony/Paul already know who they'll employ from a few candidates in their succession planning. I would be a little surprised if 1 of the big clubs take a punt on him as he isn't proved yet.

The big question is, no matter where RDZ ends up, how many times Roberto will hide his face in his shirt on camera during a top flite match during next season.

We have a lot things going for us as a club, the work that Tony and Paul (not SWISS Tony and Paul) do goes without saying.

However as Potter didn't appreciate we also have/had a loyal and patient fan base who understand that we need to do things our way to compete in the top ten of the most challenging league in the world.

Sadly some of our fans need to give their heads a wobble as they are starting to sound like every other entitled, impatient and arrogant premier league fan base.

Get a grip and show some patience people. We are in good hands.

As far as I’m concerned it’s like politicians talking, Barber lip services the fans until it comes down to actually building a squad to achieve European football and winning silverware for that to happen on a regular basis the squad would have to stay together for longer than a season and we all know that’s unlikely. Roberto has had some PR intervention it would seem it’s no longer his personal ambition its now the clubs ambition. Surprised some fans suck it all up.

Glaringly obvious.

I'm getting really bored with this now. He needs to go immediamente, his players can't manage against the low block which is a fundamental coaching requirement so he has to go - put simply he's not good enough!!

His limitation/naiveté has been exposed this season.

FFS, can you read?! I haven’t said that TB or RDZ have said that to the media directly! I’ve said that’s the big impression he’s giving the football world with his constant moaning which is detracting from the club.

Ex Premier League winning striker Chris Sutton on quite well know national radio station BBC Radio 5 Live, on their very popular Monday Night Club show this week:

"If you are a Brighton fan then you look at some of the things he is saying and thinking he looks pretty desperate to get out.”

Just one quote I could find quickly but there has been a lot of this over the past few weeks in response to his moaning.

I couldn’t give a toss how RDZ feels himself to be honest, I just don’t want him mugging off Tony or the club in public which is what he’s done recently.
Feel free to provide examples of where RDZ has "mugged off Tony and the club in public" ahhh, you can't.

So just to clarify, we've just played the most coherant and jelled Arsenal team in seasons and you want RDZ to fvck off because we lost ? You really expected us to get anything from this game ?

Lampty made a tackle he shouldn't have - if we'd gone in at half time level I think we'd have nicked it. Obviously if Enciso had his shooting boots on it might have helped.

I watched the match in a bar in Costa Rica ( small holiday drop there ! ) and I thought we played a decent game but were outplayed by a potential title winning team. For what it's worth the Arsenal supporters I watched the match with ( yes Arsenal supporters in the same 'stand' as me ) thought we were one of the harder opponents they'd played and weren't confident of the win until Trossard scored.

Oh, by the way, I think Argos has a special 2 for 1 deal on matteress protectors at the moment.

He may or may not have said it, but he has been eluding to it.
Only starting to comment on next season with us, as he has realised that no one is coming.
Wouldn't be surprused if Tony lets him go at the end of the season for not being a 'team player' and being disrespectful.

That's a new theory ..... haven't heard that before. Interesting.

He seems perfectly on board and happy in the post match interview. There's too many people making 2+2=5 on this thread. Otherwise known as shite stirring.
