I think this could be close to the truth. Unless he's been tapped up by Bayern, maybe he isn't happy that the budget for this summer is not what he expected, or he's possibly not happy with the youthful policy the club continually use. Who knows? Still a slightly sad end as I thought he was going to stay for 1 more season.
If he goes to Bayern, he'll definitely need an interpreter fluent in fat tongue when speaking to Kane.

How long do you think we'll see Pedro in the Stripes for? He'll be gone in Summer 2025 at the latest at a nice little profit *board already rubbing hands in anticipation*
Only if he forces his move by wanting to leave.

We haven’t sold anyone unless they’ve wanted out and then got ridiculous fees for them.

Big difference to a “selling club” but carry on.

Makes a bit of a joke of the fans forum
The reaction to that from a lot of fans was a bit wierd. Celebrating like he’d commited his career to the club when he’d said nothing committal at all. Like Naylor’s wierd article this morning which headlined that he’d declared he was staying when again, there was nothing at all about being committed, just more jibberish about targets and talking to the board. An article which has now been deleted 😂

Gutted, you’ve got to wonder just how much budget we’ve got for the following season as I can’t think he would’ve left if he had got what he wanted within reason
If the right players are available at the right price the club will buy them. If RDZ wanted a large warchest to spend as he pleased, that is the reason he has left - the club do not operate that way.

He's a very shrewd businessman. He's not invested it out of the goodness of his heart
Well he has been a lifelong fan, indeed he used to sit not 20 feet away from me in the old West Stand at the Goldstone when he was a little boy. He loves this club and I am fully aware he is hard-nosed when he needs to be but football is a risky investment and I am certain that his motivation is not directed purely from profit.

Thank you Roberto. What a ride for the last 2 years. Will always be remembered and pleased we can say thank you tomorrow.
If it was going to happen it is the right time before pre season. We will also be looking a high level coaches. Anyone who says Russell Martin doesn’t understand the level of manager we will bring in.
I hoped for another year but still excited about who we bring in.

He wasn’t backed properly form a position of strength in jan . The way he behaved since has been pretty bad and sours the 2 years .

Sounds like we should get ready for another summer of selling a couple and not replacing .

With 6 wins in the last 29 . We could be in trouble .

Crossroads for us but in Tony bloom we trust !!
