Good spot, sounds like a class act.

Similar to what Russell Martin said, about enjoying playing football with the ball as a player and so taking that into his management philosophy.

Also similar in having some decent ethics off the pitch too.

Watched some videos and thought it was similar to the Potter model, and without a club so no worries about him leaving a current "project".

They like buying attacking players. Defendes... not so much. They let in a lot of goals before De Zerbi came and they continued after he went.
