As somebody else has pointed out, particularly noticeable against Wolves at home.He has his work cut out now we looked abysmal when missing the two midfield generals last season.

And in the 3.0 win away to Arsenal, Gilmour and Gross were the two centre midfielders. As somebody else has pointed out, particularly noticeable against Wolves at home.
He missed two games in January amidst the Arsenal interest. We won both of them,Would be interested to see our results without them on the pitch. They were both out for the arsenal home game where we got destroyed I seem to remember
Gonna be hard to play de zerbi ball without caicedo. We desperately need a replacement.

Because of Mac Allister’s desire to play further forward after the World Cup and Caicedo needing to cover at right back, we actually rarely played with the two of them together in the pivot in the second half of the season.
Why did Liverpool want them thenAs somebody else has pointed out, particularly noticeable against Wolves at home.
Because they’re both top quality players, I never said they’re not. Just pointing out it’s not necessarily the end of the world that they’ve gone/going.Why did Liverpool want them then
I think the only PL game with neither was Arsenal at home., rather a small sample. He has his work cut out now we looked abysmal when missing the two midfield generals last season.
I love RDZ so much. Enjoying every minute of him being here. I really hope when he does eventually go on to manage the biggest clubs in the world he goes in the right way, with a massive ovation from the Albion fans and legend status.Love RDZ telling the interviewer to shut up asking questions about Caicedo.
There is a big difference between other clubs wanting our players and our ability to cope without them. Why did Liverpool want them then
At that point it would all boil down to money. If we were to get top 4 next season would players still be quick to leave once they’d proved their worth.
What a gem we have found. Let's cherish him.
It really was. Mark, Dougie and Michael very well researched and complimentary. That’s a very, very good piece. RDZ - stay for 3-5 years or so then go abroad with dignity - I think he will and I think he will go down as our greatest manager of al time… ALL TIME!
