He's probably got a load of sock-puppet accounts to increase engagement and make him look more popular and in-the-know than he actually is. What he seems to have done here is tweet as one of his sock-puppet accounts but forgot to actually switch the account before doing it.

It's the Twitter/X equivalent of Paul Valley saying what a well-informed poster HB&B is.
