They can do what the hell the want if they look after Mr Blatter. Been to Russia many times & when I go back to work I'll be there once a week for a couple of months. It is the most corrupt racist country I've ever been to. If you are stopped by the plod, you just have to pay them, that's way it is. It doesn't matter that you've done absolutely nothing. Our crew that aren't caucasian are too scared to even go ashore.
