I was reading a LUFC forum last night and it said Luciano Becchio wants out in January, as not playing regularly and that another championship club is moving for him, they suspected/speculated it is poyet/Albion?

Snodgrass has been linked with a move away for the last season and a half, mainly towards the bottom end of the premiership. Would be highly surprised if he become an Albion player, only link I can think of would be Gus's time at Leeds but not even sure if Snodgrass was there then.

I read this in the Daily Mail (so big pinch of salt!) but Becchio would be a terrific signing IMHO. And they have slapped an £8m tag on Snodgrass last summer so I think we can forget that.

£8m well clearly that aint happening then, still think Bates would be tempted by lower but obviously not low enough for us!

I would love to see him come here, the kind of attacking midfielder we need to deliver service to CMS. But if Leeds want silly money for him, then it won't happen. But I would love to take Harper back on loan again.

Don't believe that Snodgrass rumour for a second, for all the reasons listed above. Which is a shame cos he's a damn fine player.

I did also say I couldnt see why Snodgrass would come to us over Leeds so was not really pushing it.
