:tantrum: Sake how many more times. :tantrum:

If it's made of rip-stop nylon. The stuff that hot air balloons and yacht spinnakers are made of, and not cotton as the other one was, the new one could be huge and pack up fairly small and one man could carry it.
It would not have the problems the last one had. This is the way supporters of other Clubs that already have these do it.

I have a couple of hot air balloons, the bigger one 90,000 cu feet is 90' tall & weighs 100kg (218lbs) so still quite heavy. Could get some quotes - Lindstrand Balloons in Oswestry may be a good starting point?

How about 2 flags ? One could be put into a corner next to the North Stand at Falmer (until the seats are put in ) and after games stored in a secure location within the stadium. A second flag , smaller but made of lighter nylon material could be used on away ventures which will be easier to transport , unfurl , fold up and satisfy safety officers with the necessary paperwork in place.

Not a bad idea as such however the bigger issue is getting volunteers to transport the flag for away games and put it up etc
