blimey I have been out of England a long time! I have honestly never seen or heard of a roast dinner served in a Yorkshire pud, and I lived there for 30 years. My old girl used to make a whopper (but only with roast beef mind) and then serve up a slice as an accompaniment. Then we'd have what was left over for afters with treacle and custard, mmmmm.

that is how us Yorkshire folk like our Roasts...no good charcoaling the thing!!! I also take my steak very rare!!!!
