A 2008 ruling by the Royal Society of Chemistry has it that "A Yorkshire pudding isn't a Yorkshire pudding if it is less than four inches tall"
Roast spuds followed by Meat and puds.
I know a few families who have roast spuds and mash together. I find that weird.
and whats that supposed to prove? the same sorce also tells us:
do you get your ruler out to make sure your Yorkshire has risen the prescribed height? stop this beef only nonsene.

Agree with this everytime....favourite bit though.........the after dinner brandy!!!In asnwer would say goose fat roasted potatoes and parsnips are my favourite
Sunday Lunch, traditionally roast dinner time...
