Road Runners Taxi - Anybody work[ed] for them ?

No offence but why does a taxi driver need to take a BTEC course? Surely you just need to know how to drive, know your routes (or use sat nav) and probably be CBS (CRB).

Having said that, good luck with the course and the job.

The BTEC course is some new initative being rolled out across the country , this seems to be the first time its been done in this area [ Southampton seems to have done it iirc ] , At 58 years old and having been unemployed for a few months its become obvious that I stand little chance of a 'proper job' [ Ageism is most defenitly rampant !] , this seems to offer my best chance of earning a living ...
