Just looked it up, the max sentence for attempted murder is life

I don't think he's helped his case by assaulting a cop either

People seem to be alot angrier nowadays, scary really.

According to the police, a lot of folk are now psyched up on drugs such as variously; Cocaine, Crystal Meths or steroids. They face increasing violence and ‘bravado’ when trying to make arrests. Not just from young adults.

Substances giving dickheads a Superman complex.

If it’s the video I’m thinking of, my first thought was that looks like HT from a distance.

Neither are carrying a man-bag. Not guilty m’lud.

More importantly, when will people learn to hold their cameras landscape-wise? Edit: I now see that I'm supposed to un-see the video.

And in fairness you wouldn’t be driving a girls car either, my bad.

I don’t own, or have a desire to own, a car either. I don’t like driving.

If it came to a jury trial, the first thing any juror would be asked if they had viewed the video.

I know it's a matter of procedure and in the name of justice but I fail to see how anyone who had, or had not already viewed the video wouldn't come (upon viewing it) to the same conclusion.
I'm not certain he could come up with any plausible defence.

I wonder what they were arguing about? Maybe the standard of his driving?
