Irish actor Ray Stevenson has passed away aged 58. Early in his career he was in the old ITV series Band of Gold. Made a few appearances across the usual list of shows (The Bill, Holby City, etc) Then made the move to hollywood with films like King Arthur, Punisher: War Zone, The Other Guys, Thor (and two if its sequels). He has also moved beyond hollywood doing some us and us/uk co-production tv such as Star Wars Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, Black Sails, Rome, Vikings, and bollywood such as the massive hit from last year RRR.
He is due to appear in the upcoming Ahsoka (latest live action Star Wars series on Disney+).
