I’m another who never knew him personally, but like so many others feel that he was a friend because of this community here and therefore feel the loss.

RIP Hitony. It will feel weird not seeing your posts any more. 🥲

OMG - not a thread I expected to see. Never actually met Hitony face to face but he always seemed a decent person on here. Not yet read the rest of the thread but maybe a Hitony art thread needs to be created in honour - always loved the random pictures with Hitony's head pasted on. RIP Tony.

Have you got Hiney and Hitony mixed up?

I knew I recognised him from somewhere! Actually, I recognised his username in a positive way from his posts which is a credit to him. I am saddened by this news, hope he had a good innings. Thanks for being a mod too, not an easy and often a thankless task. May his family take care and have many good memories, rip Tony.

I first met Tony at Bramall Lane in 2005 [we won 2-1] in the Championship.
He was a kind and friendly sole - introduced me to @Yorkie and his wife Rose too IIRC

Regarding his Avatar - he told me they were his girlfriends - don't tell the missus ....

Sad to lose another member of the NSC family.

RIP Tony

The one on the far left (brunette) was his missus, Rose.

OMG! That is a sucker punch. You think of posters going on forever and then you get a wake up call.

Thoughts with his family and friends.
