I hope West Ham 'fans' feel guilty after what they used to sing to him before he collapsed on a baking hot Easter Monday in 2003 when the team were battling relegation. He wasn't a great manager but always seemed an absolute gentleman.

RIP Glenn. 65 is far too young.

Very sad and way too young. Like everone else, I thought he always came across as a thoroughtly decent fellow.

He always seemed a decent chap to me.

I hope he didn't suffer.

RIP

Watching what is happening to my dad so far then I will say yes he did. Cancer is a ****.

I remember his scoring a goal of the season contender for QPR, probably around mid - late 80's.

Took it out of defence, played a one two, dribbled past a couple then slotted home.

Very good player

Saw him at Yeovil when Stevenage played there about 3 years back. He got fully embroiled (incited) in a full 30 man bundle on the halfway line (all subs/coaching staff). Great memory. Clearly a passionate football man.
