A wonderful, crazy genius. The Straight Story remains one of my favourite films.

Have to admit I found Twin Peaks (saw some of it first time around) and most of his films unengaging and... just not for me, while recognising still he was a unique talent that many others enjoyed.
However, I loved Straight Story.
