I've seen Chas n Dave play in Brighton, Eastbourne, Bexhill and Hastings and am genuinely sad at this news. Not just the weather that's put a dampner on today. I know what I'll be listening to when I get back from The Amex later. RIP Chas.

Feel like digging out 'The Joe Meek Story' again tonight. Ralf Little's portrayal of Chas Hodges was great. But especially for Hodges' cameo as a grumpy neighbour. Superb.

It's also been pointed out that Chas Hodges died on International Rabbit Day. Poetic, or what?

ive had no end of cameras down my throat and tests , i genuinely think if there was cancer there theyd have found it , ive also seen the pictures of.my ulcer , horrible!
