Way of world these days old man............as the census results indicated yesterday if you let 3.5 million immigrants into the country (who are largely unskilled) then unskilled wages will go down because supply is off the scale.

What percentage of the adult working population are employed in a no-skill job for subsistence wages vs the percentage employed in a skilled job for a much higher than subsistence wage? As a clue (I don't know the comparative figures) the NHS is the largest employer in the country, and the third largest in the world, and the majority of it's employees are skilled and on higher than subsistence wages.
