Riding through Shoreham Eastbound at 7.33 Daily

I am a spritely Nancy Dell Ollio lookalike and every day at 7.33 whilst riding my bike, I am almost sent careering into the ditch by a maniac driver who hurtles at me with his full beam flashing and his horn tooting..I also think he is making obscene gestures at me, although usually I am half blinded by his dip and dazzle display.

This morning I attempted to kick his vehicle as it went howling by, but I missed...should I report him?
