Advanced ticket sales, you say?

Why do they make everthing so f***ing hard? Surely it should just be pay on the door, first come first served.

etc...

His FAME tour was shite.

Actually you probably have to produce tickets stubs from previous shows before you can join this queue!

Bear in mind he's only on stage for about 75 minutes. Its a good show, but not particularly good value.

I agree, he's got way too big for his boots, far too successful, been taken to by the Yanks with open arms and now makes Holloywood films. Time to knock him off his smug little pedestal now:thumbsup:

Saw Eddie Izard last Saturday on his US tour – makes Gervais look like the under achiever he truly is. Izard has had the kind of success in the States that Gervais, whose last two movies have both tanked at the box office over here, can only dream of.

He opens this show by smugly saying to the audience "so.....hows the recession going then ?"

MIXED reaction.

I like being in a minority. I thought The Office was utter garbage, and I can't stand Ricky Gervais.

Saw it in Brighton. It was good. Better than a lot of other comics. I think the problem is that we now all know the 'Gervais' style of comedy, so it does not appear as fresh.

That said there was a couple of lazy bits about lucky heather not being lucky etc which are as old as time itself.

Many comedians have to answer the money or funny question at some time in their careers and go for the first option.
