In my head I blame him for the cheating yank spectators who kicked one of the Americans shot's back onto the fairway from the deep rough it had landed in. Think it was on 17th in the final match vs Langer (stands to be corrected...).

Probably a nice chap, but very happy that he is not a winning captain. I look forward to the following not being winning captains either:

Happened more than once. I'm positive it happened with Woods as well.

When Fowler took the ball out of his pocket and dropped it, there was a guy in the crowd that stepped forward and said "Ricky, you can't do that". He apparently said this a couple of times, but was hushed up by the steward while Fowler took the shot, so he had to shut up. Fowler played the ball, the match referee THEN realised what had happened, called Fowler and Furyk back, and informed them that the hole was forfeitted to Westwood and Kaymer.

As you say, match halved ! Crikey, I had it in mind they'd won. Thats turned out to be a maHOOsive gaffe then, I'm surprised theres not been more made of it.
