Using constant capital letters whilst annoying is not uncommon, and the end of the day it's no big deal. If you don't like it, don't read it!
I understand that he has been banned for other reasons, on that I have no comment. Simple fact he is a big fan and having known him for over 30 years, I am qualified to confirm that he can be a right tit on occassions, and I doubt that will change!
