They are 2x MagicFX “StageShot” confetti cannons, likely hired. The lack of DMX cables indicates direct ARM fire.

Cleaners will be finding confetti for months and months to come. It get absolutely everywhere, in the light fittings, under the floor, on the ceiling…

StageShot cannons are around £125 a week apiece to rent, if I remember correctly. Maybe slightly more now. Confetti is around £25-£30 a kilo.
