Month 3 for me and I defiantly made the correct decision. Nearly finished the redecorating and the summer is on the way. Can't wait.

A great dilemma. Have interest rates ( and therefore annuity rates) topped out? - probably not. Should you stay invested in the markets? - you run the risks of continued volatility ( war in Ukraine, inflation etc). As ever, timing is key and depends on your individual circumstances. In short, I don’t know what I’d do!

The predicted annuity rates look attractive.

Imho volatility will continue, as a bitter and twisted Putin tries to screw Germany on gas and generally disrupt grain supply, as revenge for the free world punishing Russia.
