Out and about in B&H there's clearly this head-mental mass delusion that covid never happened. Everyone's a super hero. Everyone's a Captain Kirk. Especially at the Amex, biggest potential super-spreader venue in the county by a country mile. And, oh look, The Swan at Falmer just got closed down due to covid, with a timeline that may or may not lead back to the Newcastle game.

Do you feel lucky punk?

Have you had your booster (3rd) jab yet? I blagged mine a few weeks ago and have agreed to go back in January to 5 days a week teaching at the two teaching hospitals in London with which I'm affiliated. Three hours train commute on the North Kent chav train each days. If I test positive towards the end of January and have to stay at home it with be an absolute cluster****. Far to late to fix the curriculum. But smell that freedom!

I suspect you dream the Amex will become a super spreader.

I don't think people have forgotten at all but are just out and about enjoying themselves with caution as they probably have a far higher chance of not being seriously ill if they catch Covid.

Life goes on and we have to live with Covid for now
