That is nice there. Went there last month and really enjoyed it.
They have a serious wine cellar there too.

is that where they kept you untill you paid up for the damage ?..... thumbscrews ?.... was it a bit Max Mosely down there ?

I would back up Hotel Du Vin and Due South and also add La Fourchette on Western Road which is fabulous. However the La Fourchette in Kemp Town was dire when I went there a couple of weeks ago.

Ginger Fox, which used to be the shave's thatch in poynings is well nice, from the same people that bring you the gingerman, ginger pig and drakes. All highly recommended.
