Oh. I love a steak tartar. Best I have had was in a suburb of Brussels where they GROUND the meat in the main restaurant area. Fabulous.I did. And I will.....after Burger Bros though!
There was a piece on Neil Rankin and a separate piece on Temper in the December EasyJet in-flight mag.
