I somehow sat behind Bloom and Poyet in the 2nd half. They love footie!! Gus could not belive it was a pen and Tony said "They are lucky its not a league game or I would be going crazy!" Legends both of them!! :clap2:

It was a poor decision but the youth keeper Godfrey saved it.

500 or so there. Keeper problem solved for Sunday, no need fo CoCo Kuipers or Mad Jock McDrop, use the lad Godfrey. All the side have been first team at some point, Thornhill, mcleod, hart, davies, tunnicliffe, wright, whing, navarro, plus a few others, names escape
me and I lost the team sheet. Sullivan in goal for Millwall

What a fantastic game and TB and GP in amongst us. Davies, Dickinson, Whing and Hart were the pick of the bunch for me, and Mcleod in flashes, but it was a herculian effort all round and it could and should have been an even bigger scoreline in our favour. Visually fantastic as well - the floodlights, Millwall in bright orange, steam rising from the player's heads like chimney smoke. Great to see GP taking notes throughout.

How did Livermore do out of interest?

Back four played well, other than goal. Could do worse than play them on Sunday, they at least looked comfortable with each other. Gary Hart will have impresssed Gus. Great goal and never stopped running and always available on the right. Only problem is, millwall looked like ayouth team. Will be a different story Sunday.

There were some experienced players for Millwall like Grabban and Grimes. We outplayed them.
