Did Murray and Elphick look fit enough to start on Saturday? Was Sully alright, and finally was Slade there to watch?

Murray looked up for it, came off at half time but don't know why.
Elphick played the whole game and appeared to have no problems
Did not go round the dugout side so not know if slade was there
