Sorry, much as I muchly respect the questionaire, am really not convinced that you'll be able to extrapolote very much from the reponses to a series of free format text fields. Good luck anyways

It's a mixed method, he'll get numerical data from the survey but anything that's put in the boxes will be tediously trawled through and put into themes and then condensed further. On his 16th read through of numbered lines of text, he'll probably question his decision of deciding to do a mixed method, especially if he received text responses from the Palace forum.
