We have an able replacement in Niki Maenpaa who may possibly not sign a new contract.
I would look at Reserve Keepers who may want first team football....

Rumours that Chelsea want him as backup to Courtois.
OK put it another way why wouldn't sign a new contract, he appears to be a happy chappy.

But picking over replacements for not just a specific player, but one of our PotS', when there's still 4 games promotion and a title at stake, is IMHO too far.

Hart has said he does not want to go back to England, enjoying his time abroad I think.

I'd be very surprised if Stockdale goes now. I think he was holding back as he wants Premier League football. I think it is unlikely he will leave now we can almost certainly offer that (and probably as first choice). I don't see him as the sort of player who would be happy going to Chelsea solely as back up to Courtois.

Agreed. If I was a player I'd wonder what sort of d***s follow the club. They all realise what fans are like I suppose but it'd still be bloody annoying.
At least in this case it's more of an 'if Stockdale chooses to go' proposition rather than trying to suggest he's not up to it.
