Actually, are there any decent young Spanish-speaking managers floating around?

Karl Robinson is an excellent manager I think. But agree we should look for a proven track record.

Do me a favour! Karl Robinson and Lee Clark for that matter have achieved next to nothing in management so far. It's all hype.

A big ol' THIS! Karl Robinson's achievements are two 5th place finishes followed by a poor showing in the play-offs and Lee Clark's achievements consist of regularly cocking up promostion charges and turning Brum into a meandering mid-table side. Both of them have only done what Danny Wilson got sacked at Bristol City for a few years ago: regularly not getting promoted.

For me, I'd love Solskjaer but he'll go to a Prem club (unless we're one by the time Gus goes). I'd actually quite like Adkins too at least he's got 3 (4? - Can't remember if he got 1 or 2 with Scunny) under his belt.

On Football Manager Poyet is always out sharpish and replaced by BILLY DAVIES who the dismantles the Spanish Armada.
Would bloody hate that

Haha! Yeah mine too!! Except he wasn't replaced by Davies but by *shudder* Alan "10 years out of the game" Curbishley and we were relegated back to League One.

Serious question...based on what exactly? The guy comes across as a confident, young manager but thats about it in my eyes. He gets a lot(too much) media exposure because he's the youngest manager in the football league. Plus he's a Scouser which probably ticks the right boxes for some people. I really don't get it.
