Damn. I was really hoping this thread was going to be the return of Sam Rents as our other left back.
Just used the rent calculator on The BBC website and it looks like Greater London and Brighton and Hove are the most expensive in the UK. Getting ridiculous

I can't get it to work.
What are the figures which show London and Brighton as most expensive?
First thing that went through my mind as well.
Whatever happened to him? Wasn't he tipped to be really good?
Now Im trying to find out what happened with that fellow
No figures.
I just put in £750 per month rent, one bedroom.
Brighton London and one area just north of London (Cambridge?) are still in white colour ie affordable
Pay freeze every year, rent and bills go up every year. Sick of everyone asknig for more money when there wasn't enough money in the first place :zzzz:

I did this earlier in the year What became of the likely lads?
At the time Sam Rents was playing for Sutton United and had set up some sort of sporting academy.
I live in a house that is divided into twelve flats, six of the flats are rented by people that have moved down from London and now commute. Obviously well paid, not sure if you get London weighting for that.
Not necessarily. I have a flat in central Brighton that is let out - the rent I charge now is lower than it was about 5 years ago, and no immediate plans to raise it. I still think it's quite a lot of money for a tiny flat, but it's the going rate, more-or-less, and no problems finding tenants.
