I think if you look at recent seasons he's had peoblems ... And it says similar in the report on this thread. We like gambling on these kind of players on the cheap , kayal was similar.

Renato Neto (25) is set to swap the point AA Gent for the Premier League. The midfielder conducts extensive negotiations with candidate Brighton & Hove Albion. Pending an agreement at club level Neto left yesterday for England to take his medical tests. Perhaps the deal soon in order for AA Gent is not opposed to a departure: Neto after his knee injury has not the old and besides the Buffalos invested this summer in his replacement Damien Marcq. Recently, the Brazilian was still staying at Sevilla, but his preference is for the Premier League. Neto plays since 2013 for AA Gent, good for 140 league games and scored 16 goals. (NP)
