But surely if i was under 18 i would be in school/college?

If you ARE over 18, perhaps you need to go back to school, most of us are struggling to understand what you are saying. And being childishly homophobic isn't going to endear you to the masses on here, just to let you know....

Is there something official being submitted to request his removal? Can I contact the club direct?

Yeah! Now Lets not turn this into a WITCH HUNT against me, i'm getting notifications here there and everywhere...

So you feel it's ok to post a load of nonsense that makes no sense whatsoever and we're getting into a witch hunt because we make a comment? Maybe you should think more before hitting the 'post' button?

It has a name in Leon and its unproven that he is gay,
However he is a c*nt

Have I entered a parallel universe? Nothing is making sense to me at the moment.

I don't believe there is anything official yet, or not anything I've seen linked to on here. Bozza has raised the issue on the ask the club section, which may get the issue mentioned at the club, but if you feel strongly enough about it, either start a petition and promote it wherever you can (here, twitter, facebook etc.) or contact the club direct through the emails on the official site.

I'll whisper it, but this thread suddenly has serious NSC Gold potential.

I think if bozza was in the frame of mind to start a petition it would hold more weight and gain more support than if I started one. We should ask him.

Sorry had I highlighted the text it may have made a bit more sense I was merely having a joke with the end of his comment (it's Monday and I'm still awake yet)

Leon Knight’s twitter activity is shameful. But I’d like to keep him on the wall.

I think it’s really important to keep separate (as far as possible) their footballing life from their outside life – I don’t want the ‘iconic moments’ wall to be populated only on the basis that a) they did something iconic and b) they were a nice guy. Whatever you think of him, that penalty was an iconic moment.

Everyone saying FDM should be up there – totally agree and over time the wall should be extended to include him and others.

The trouble is he is an ambassador for the club. We want to promote the family entertainment of football within the club. You can't hold this man up as something special when he's behaving like this. He's been binned off from every club he's joins. The man is a disgrace. Take his image down!

I'm struggling to see how he is an ambassador for the club ?

He has a picture up outside .... He doesn't go around mentioning how he speaks for us or represents us in any way, in fact the only type of promotion he does is for himself !

Yes he has been a massive twat on twitter but to say because he once played for us and we remember a truly amazing moment at Cardiff he is an ambassador is a bit over the top

You're right - he is a disgrace.

You've made two separate points here - and I fully accept and agree with you on the first: that when you have an image set up of yourself in this way you automatically become an ambassador, or rolemodel, and that kids should not be brought up idolise 'bad' people. However I'd still argue that it's the sporting achievement which is being celebrated in this case rather than the man himself, hence the 'iconic moments' theme. I agree that there may become a time where someone's actions outside of the sporting world mean they develop a notoriety that means it's impossible to view their sporting achievements in the same light (e.g. OJ Simpson.) But I don't think that Leon is anywhere near that place.

The second point, about being binned from all other clubs is, i feel, irrelevant to the argument.
