I have stuck my predictions into a spreadsheet (copies available if you want it!) and final season predictions are:

Predicted
Cardiff 92
Hull 85
Watford 78
Palace 78
Forest 73
Albion 72
Leicester 70

Leicester have by far the toughest run in, but it will go to wire.

Peterborough got six points off Cardiff, and are the only team to do so, so far this season. Who saw that coming? We beat Cardiff when it was not expected by most right thinking people. This season this division is so unpredictable, I don't think anyone can guess how it will end.

Welcome to the Stattos' Club, El P.

This is my current season's end prediction:

91 Cardiff City
84 Hull City
79 Watford
77 Crystal Palace
72 Nottingham Forest
71 Brighton & Hove Albion
69 Leicester City
64 Bolton Wanderers
64 Middlesbrough
62 Millwall

Cardiff and Hull have already done enough to secure automatic promotion. Watford and Palace are securely assured of playoff places. Forest, Albion and Leicester have stuff to play for. And the rest might as well go home.

Interesting that on the penultimate round, Leicester have Watford at home on the Friday night before we travel to Leeds on the Saturday. Could know exactly where we stand before that game, don't know if that puts more pressure on or not really.

Forest v Leicester on the last day of the season. What a game that could be.

1. Cardiff 89
2. Watford 82
3. Hull City 81
4. Palarse 80
5. Brighton 77
6. Forest 72
7. Leicester 71

My bottom three interestingly are -

20. Peterborough 53 (GD -11)
21. Barnsley 53 (GD -18)
22. Wolves 52
23. Huddersfield 49
24. Bristol City 46

50 points usually means your safe but that means nothing this year !! I also have it down as Wolves needing a win on the final day to stay up, but the game wouldnt be a must win for us - predicted a 2-2.

Depends really, if Leicester win then there certainly is more pressure, if Watford win then some pressure is off - also depends if we have already sealed a spot or not.

Strewth, do you think Leicester are going to fall off a cliff between now and the end of the season?

This.

If we're ahead of leicester and in top 6 with 3 games to go, i'd fancy us with 2 home games and their tough last 3 with 2 away.

But anything can happen, lose on tuesday and its all up in the air again

I have us 9pts ahead of Leicester going into the final game. That's with us winning all home games and losing all away games

Would rather have Palace than Nottingham in the play-offs.

Dont care if we make it, forest, palarse or hull, but would prefer to avoid Watford over 2 legs.

If it is the scum, the eurphoria and despair for the winner and loser will be magnified by 1000
