We're probably, maybe safe. The last 7 or so games of the season look like being played out to the sound of snores with the only thing of interest being watching the haves at the other end of the table battling out to reach the promise land.

Would you have preferred the excitement of a a relegation scrap, with hopeful survival, to this slow petering out of a season?

When you watch this team play can you really say we're safe with the fixtures we've got left. This bunch of players has no fight to win in them, if they go behind they're hopeless. Who have we got on the pitch who would lead a fight back cause our capt. for a start is finished and needs to get his game together first before worring about the rest of the team. If any of the teams below us suddenly hits form we could be in real trouble and when you look at it the Hudd. game is our best bet to get 3 pts. but with this lot they could just as easily blow that one.

What we have now will be enough

When you watch this team play, you realise that they can actually be quite good sometimes.

High up on the South Downs.
We were very poor at Rotherham. Peterborough went down with 54 points 2 seasons ago. We should be safe but you never know. There's been nothing midtable about this season FFS.

You can get 40-1 on us going down. We didn't even have odds on staying up on oddschecker. So no, we're not guaranteed to stay up, but it looks like we will.

Wigan play Fulham, Millwall and us. If they were ever going to win 3 games in a row, these would be the ones.

That's probably why they sacked Mackay in the hope of a new managed ''bounce'' . However I think it depends a lot on Millwall's next result. If they get a win, they will smell the blood from up above them. They have a very decent run in, so if they win their game in hand then beat Wigan then it is ''game on'' down the bottom again.

The most curious thing..
We are not safe, and given recent performances will be lucky to get nil in the remaining games.

That would leave Fulham and Millwall in deep trouble, we are safe, it will be Millwall and Wigan, both have to much to do, in the event one of them pulls a rabbit out of the hat, then Fulham and Rotherham would be in serious danger. Fulham have to play Wigan and Rotherham in their next two games all 3 teams are below us, that's where the battle is.
