It was an error. But Poyet is still learning the man management side of things. He'll make mistakes, but hopefully will learn from them.

Thats why Premier League teams like to have experienced managers in.

To be fair to Steve Brinkhurst - when the company i worked for went bust last year and the administrators were called in we were told we would get sod all redundancy - just the basic government allowance.

I told my Mum and she rang the Adminsitrator and they ended up paying me £150,000 in redundancy.

And thats absoloutely true.

Does your hearing first hand extend to this too? Is he suggesting that he wasn't told?

that was certainly not brought up in the conversations we have had. ( not with Steve BTW)

In fact it seems strange as that was about the time he was at Lewes...if he had been told he was not required, then you would have assumed he would not have come back at all.

maybe there was some ambiguity here. ( I am assuming a lot here)

I know Gus has his supporters and some will not accept that at times he get's it wrong, but the way he handles contracts in an all or nothing kind of manner I personally think hasn't worked, won't work in the future and is wrong.

Gus may be a man of principles but I fear it may cost us in the future.

Well deals for brezovan and Painter would show he is getting something right. Players who piss the club and the staff about will be shown the door, personally think that is the correct way to do business.

Totally agree, as Gus said about the Calderon incident we are a proper club and we cannot let players and agents take the piss. As for Brinkehurst, why would Gus lie and say he told him in Feb if he did not? Non story and If my Mum had gone to the press I would be very very annoyed.

And i Gus was a lair, why would be admit he f***ed up with Josh Pelling? Its just Andy Naylor with his shit stiring stick out. He has absolutely nothing to write about, so just writes shit, as he has done all week in the paper.

Should have been given a year in the development squad, I think it is criminal that we sign these players permenantly and then they dont really get a chance after that, these guys should have been getting blooded last season but since our joke of a manager would rather play virgo left wing than a youngster he never got the chance.

Which manager are you referring to?
