Is this the travelling team of female concubines that I've heard so much about?
I CBA to correct it. I think you know what I mean.

Two chances, as I later casually mentioned to Harry
"I thought that was as good as we've played all season...for 80 minutes we completely controlled and dominated the game, it was like there was only one team in it, I don't think Rob Green's had a shot to save, it was...you know... we just couldn't score."

Redknapp is eager to avoid the play-offs
I think QPR are too good for that to happen. He might just get his wish.

I think it's more likely that Derby will end up seventh than QPR. We are only 9 behind them with a game in hand and another 11 to play on top of that. But Derby have forgotten how to score and just at the wrong time - their next 3 fixtures are Reading away, Forest at home, then Ipswich away!
Did anyone catch 'arry's post match interview on Saturday? It went along the lines of:
"Look we're third in the table now which is a great position, we shipped out 18 players over the summer"
Absolutely TEXTBOOK, all it needed was "bare bones".
No mention of how many he's brought in then? The shipping out arguement would hold a bit more water if they'd made a poor start to the season - they didn't.
Still his mates in the press will lap it up. It's all still Mark Hughes fault isn't it. That'll be the Mark Hughes whose unfashionable Stoke side who came from behind to beat West Ham 3-1 at the weekend....

I don't have the time or inclination to check out how many players did actually leave QPR in the summer / January.
The BBC website seems to suggest that they are left with a mere THIRTY NINE in a THREADBARE first team squad.
