It's just a fact really isn't it? Pompey aren't keen on him (now) because he walked out on them for Saints, and because it's finally dawning on a few of them that he might just be in some way partly responsible for the mess they're in. West Ham can't stand him in spite of the fact they'd bite your hand off right now if you offered them the position he took them to in the Premier League. Bournemouth probably look upon him fondly in the main, but probably because most of them are too young to remember the one decent season of their entire meaningless existence.

You've missed out Southampton. SFC fans REALLY hate him.

I'm just waiting for him to take another job, and then (in the same way that Robbie Keane tells the fans of every club he signs for that they were his boyhood team) announce to the press that this will be his last job in football. Just like the Pompey job was. And the Spurs position.

@talkSPORT: Tottenham’s star players could quit if David Moyes replaces Harry Redknapp, Chris Perry has warned: Football premier-league: Exclusive - Spurs stars could quit if Moyes replaces Redknapp, warns Perry | Radio talkSPORT #thfc #efc

Let's be honest, half of them will quit anyway. Modric rumoured to be a done deal to Man United, Corluka supposedly on his way as per this morning's papers. That's nothing to do with Redknapp leaving, they've just realised that they're not going to win much with Spurs.

I thought that. Another example of Redknapp's ego at work. Since when do the players give a shit about how long Harry has on his contract? They only care about their own deals.

Normally I wouldnt care about statements like this from the manager, that is of course unless they said this two months before.....

"Absolute nonsense. That is the biggest load of nonsense I have ever heard in my life," he said. "They don't care whether I'm the manager next year. They wouldn't lose any sleep over that. That's football.

"Footballers play the game, they come in every day and train. Someone else walks in here tomorrow – the king is dead long live the king! They don't worry. They don't think 'Harry is going to England' or 'he is going to go somewhere else'.

The man has no class, I imagine him coming out the day Levy was at his mothers funeral slating him didnt go down too well either

Man Utd Cant afford him, they cant... PSG on the other hand...

I hope HR gets another job! Football will be a duller place without him.

If Moyes goes to Spurs, maybe he could turn up at Everton? Doubtful I know but you never know in this game!

An insider at Spurs needs shooting! The rumour of HR's sacking has been widespread recently, which IMO is well out of order!

I for one wish him well. And NO, I am not a Spurs fan!

Precisely. Let's get some perspective; for all those who say look where Spurs were when Harry took over I say that was a false position - how many weeks have they spent bottom of the table in the last 30 years?

Secondly, Martin Jol had got Spurs to consecutive 5th place finishes in the previous 2 seasons to Harry arriving.

Thirdly, Levy will have been thinking about a replacement for Harry since February. He and his people should know where they stand re the likes of Moyes. You'd have to believe Levy would have had a good idea of Spurs' next boss prior to sacking Redknapp.

Overall, so much for the FA's aim of "the process" minimising disruption to clubs after Capello's departure. I've never seen an appointment f*** up a club as much as Spurs. Next time don't f*** about, just go after the guy you want!

People seem to forget the seasons prior to Harry's arrival. I don't think his transfer record was that great when you take into account the Van Der Vaart transfer seemed to be a last minute deal that Levy offered him. He inherited a very good squad.

I am a huge Moyes fan but I'm not sure hes a fit for Tottenham, but Levy is very shrewd and he will appreciate Moyes record on a limited budget.

Really? is that why they haven't appointed anyone? the reason why they cant have any manager they want is because who ever they go for turns it down because they know the job will only last for a year usually, Harry is a top manager and has done well with Tottenham on a reasonably small-ish budget and wage limit for a top premier league team, imagine what he would be like with a ridiculous budget. He wasn't the majority of the nations first choice for the England job for nothing?

Smallish budget? He spent around £170 million to achieve about the same as Martin Jol had. Go and ask a few Saints, Pompey and West Ham fans what the bloke's really like.

Harry's did brilliantly at Spurs until February. However, that was the business end of the season - an FA Cup Semi, 3rd spot up for grabs. Levy had delivered for Harry by persuading Modric to stay, Adebayor to join. I think Harry did well to bring in Parker, Gallas and Friedel.

Moyes will relish the challenge. He consistently gets the best out of the players at his disposal, he is well-respected, he knows the Premier League and he still has at least 10 good years left in the tank. Everton won't stand in his way because he's been such a good manager for them.

I fancy there will be something of an exodus at Spurs and they'll lose some flair but with Moyes they should pick up a bit more grit and determination. Also, with Moyes, you won't get a man always looking out for the best deal for himself, none of this media bollocks either.

£170 milllion? did I fall asleep and miss that spending?

Plus we sold a lot of players to spend, last season we sold 25 million and spent 5....

the players he brought in orginally have been suspect.

Three best players he brought in were Levy/broomfield deals.

I quite like Levy's style. Initially I thought he was lightweight and knew f*** all about football but he's proving to be a tough nut and someone you don't mess with.

I think as soon as he went to Levy asking for a massive pay rise with an agent, that was it....

Levy Offered him three years in Feb, he turned it down - Levy doesnt f*** around.

Harry assumes a lot, he assumed he would be begged to become England Manager and He assumed Levy would beg him to stay.

I wonder what he's going to do now? If ever there was a guy who will say one thing but do another it's Harry.

"I love the day to day involvement of club football, it's what gets me out of bed in the morning" = "I'm the new manager of Qatar".

I can see him ending up there.

With the side he came into anyone who spoke English and didnt play Bentley as a full back would have been able to keep Spurs up....

He put Bentley at full back once ithink it was when we were chasing a game he didn't continually play him as full back.
