Red Card?

Looked like Elphick thought it was slightly harsh as he was talking to one of their players. I was shocked to see the red card, didn't have a clue what it was for at the time.

Saw the linesman flagging frantically, he was definately the one who gave it. I didn't see the incident itself, but saw the player do an elbow gesture to one of the walsall defenders while he was making his way off the pitch, so can only imagine he was sent off for an elbow?

It was weird as the ref didn't actually speak to the lino did he? He went on the lino's flag and just got the red out - random.

Saw before the game as i walked along the running track that the ref had a microphone thing on, like you see in the Premier League. guess the linesman had a word with him

What happened for their goal? I had some lump stand in front of me instead of walking out. Someone said it hit the ref and went in?

Our right-back played a cross field ball in defence that hit the ref and fell to a Walsall player, who played in Macken, who curled one into the top right-hand corner. Cue brown trousers for the last minute and everyone praying Ankergren didn't have a 'should I punch or should I catch' decision to make

Ah this explains it. I thought this was the case but couldn't see a mic or ear piece. Must've missed it.
